When Will My Order Arrive?

Skate Like a Girl ships all of our online merch orders out of our office in Portland, Oregon at least once every two weeks.  As a general rule we do our best to ship at least once every few days but that may be occasionally delayed when we are dedicating more time and resources toward our mission-aligned work.

Once your order has shipped it may take anywhere from two days to two weeks to deliver within the United States.  International orders may take anywhere between two and six weeks to be delivered after they have been shipped.  For more information regarding international orders please see the "Live outside of the US?  CLICK HERE" section in the toolbar.

I need to have my order in-hand by a certain date within the next four weeks.  How can I ensure that this is possbile?

Please email [email protected] and let us know where your order will be shipped along with the delivery date deadline.  SKATE LIKE A GIRL WILL NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY A CERTAIN DATE but we can give you an estimate on when it will arrive based off information from our shipping providers.  Please DO NOT place an order and then tell us that it needs to be delivered by a certain date without contacting us first!

I ordered the wrong size/style, how can I return my order for the correct item?

All sales made through the Skate Like a Girl webstore are final- please consult the provided sizing information to determine your correct fit and/or email us at [email protected] with any specific questions regarding items.  

When will you have a specific item back in stock?

Generally speaking once an item has sold out on our online store it may not become available for purchase again.  There are occasionally a few exceptions to this and we welcome you to email us at [email protected] to ask about a specific item.

Can I pick up my items locally?

As of December 2020 local pickup is only available in Portland, Oregon.  Our office is located in the Gateway district of Portland and pickups can be made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Customers will need to email [email protected] to request a local pickup promo code that will remove shipping fees from your order and to receive instructions on how to pick up your items.

How can I sell Skate Like a Girl merchandise at my skate shop/retail store?

Please send an email with the subject line "WHOLESALE REQUEST" that includes your name, contact information, and the name of your shop to [email protected] for review.
